Probably should avoid it moving the jewelry back-and-forth I have had the same problem I have a double forward helix and several other piercings in my ears but my devil forward helix seems to be giving me the most issues I have a double forward on my left and a single on my right and both of them are pissed off red swollen and hot and I’ve had them, for over five months it’s a hard heal. and I definitely wouldn’t mix your own because usually people put more salt in it and it irritates the piercing and causes it to take longer to heal or not deal at all

Lasers are powerful and I think it’s worth it to pay more to have it done by a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. If not, a PA. I personally would not let an esthetician or laser tech do my face. You only have one face and a lot can go wrong (too many passes, too high of a strength on your skin tone/type, wrong laser on wrong skin tone etc.). Lasers are not something to mess with.
